Final project delivery
At the end of the project (or at the end of each milestone), we prepare a project delivery package. This package serves as formal proof of work and includes everything needed for review, deployment, and long-term ownership.
Each delivery is shared via email or cloud storage, depending on the size and content. You’ll receive a direct download link or file attachments containing the results of our work.
What’s included in the delivery
Each delivery package typically contains:
- A detailed description of the work completed
- Notes on functionality, logic, and interface behavior
- User instructions, configuration guides, or CMS how-to documents (if applicable)
- Attachments such as:
- Source code
- Database exports
- Media or assets
- Configuration files
- Visual materials (designs, screenshots, PDFs)
If needed, we also provide screenshots or screen recordings to demonstrate specific results. This ensures transparency and a clear understanding of what was delivered, even before you deploy it on your own hosting.
How we deliver projects
Our standard delivery method includes:
- Final files sent via email or secure cloud link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or private server)
- Documentation and instructions to help you run and manage the system
- If agreed in the contract, we also perform source code installation directly on your server
We offer the following hosting setup options by default:
- DigitalOcean VPS (recommended): Free installation included
- Linux-based hosting (e.g., cPanel): Installation available with an additional fee
- Custom or enterprise platforms: Installation by agreement, based on access and complexity
Our team assists with DNS setup, SSL configuration, and transfer coordination as needed. A post-deployment test is also performed to confirm the project functions properly in its new environment.
Ownership and copyright transfer
Once the final payment has been received and the project is marked as complete, the full intellectual property rights to the delivered code and assets are transferred to you, the buyer.
You receive:
- Full source code
- All login credentials (admin panels, APIs, integrations)
- Project files, templates, and visual assets
- Any tools, scripts, or configurations developed as part of the project
This means you have complete control over your project: you can host it, edit it, or extend it with any team or provider of your choice. The Extended Warranty (if active) can continue to support and maintain the system - but you are never locked in.
