The project began with creating a standalone HTML calculator and evolved through multiple Fiverr orders to include advanced functionality. These included generating PDFs of user input, sending results to both the user and admin via email, storing results in a MySQL database, and allowing users to share a link to their saved results.

The final tool was intended to be embedded in a client’s site or accessed via subdomain.

The 2410 team built a responsive and interactive Bitcoin calculator for bitcoincalculator.org. The app allows users to convert fiat currency to BTC and vice versa, visualize Bitcoin market data over different timeframes, and quickly navigate to various exchanges.

The tool was progressively upgraded based on client feedback to include more interactivity, advanced charting, and exchange integration.

The project focused on automating the process of handling document submissions received via email. These emails often contained attachments or links to files hosted externally.

The automation scenario built in Zapier parses emails based on specific sender and subject conditions. If triggered, the system creates folders in Dropbox or Google Drive, downloads files (either as attachments or via direct links), and logs each action in a Google Sheet.

It also creates a corresponding task in ClickUp with a reference to the stored file and sends a notification to a Slack channel.

Due to Zapier's limitations, workarounds using Paths, filters, and third-party tools were integrated to manage complex logic and extract download links from certain websites like cloudhm.io.

When a new deal is created, the automation finds the associated person, and all their files are copied to the deal. If new files are added to the person after the deal is created, they are also synced to the latest deal.

The scenario handles multi-user triggers, zero-attachment filtering, and includes logic for dealing with different file-association types in Pipedrive.

2410 was hired to streamline safetekproducts' operations by:

- Automating FedEx shipment tracking using EasyPost via Zapier and updating statuses in Pipedrive deals.

- Building a HIPAA-style patient intake form in WordPress that mirrors the client's Formstack layout.

- Integrating the form with Pipedrive to create deals, map custom fields, and dynamically update statuses and form responses.

- Duplicating the tracking logic for return shipments and enhancing form logic with conditional questions, dropdowns, and admin-side flexibility.

2410 developed a tailor-made online calculator for EuroBrokers to automate the estimation of customs duties, VAT, and total charges based on user input. Built using the company’s own Excel-based formulas, the calculator integrates real-time exchange rates via the European Central Bank's XML feed and updates automatically each day.
